Free Notary Public Services!

Need a document notarized? We’re now offering free notary public services for all Middle Tennessee nonprofits!

Our notary is available Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To schedule an appointment, please email diana.andrew@healingtrust.org or call 615-284-8271 ext. 110.

Our office is available to Middle Tennessee nonprofits for free!

The Healing Trust offers event and meeting space at no cost to Middle Tennessee nonprofit organizations. You may request dates up to six months in advance. 

Availability: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Please allow time for event set up and clean up within these hours.

Eligibility: Any nonprofit organization in Middle Tennessee is welcome to book space for meetings, trainings, or special events. Partners of The Healing Trust outside of Middle TN can also request space.

How to book: Complete this Facility Use Form and email it to Diana Andrew (diana.andrew@healingtrust.org) with a Certificate of Insurance. If the requested space is available, Diana will confirm your booking with a calendar invitation.  

Our Spaces

Retreat Center:

    • Dimensions: 37 ft x 23 ft  
    • Capacity: 30 people  
    • Arrangements: Board room, classroom, small groups, circle  
    • Audio/Visual: Large screen, projector, HDMI connection, speakers, Bluetooth speaker. No cameras or microphones.   

Small Conference Room:

    • Dimensions: 22 ft x 11 ft 
    • Capacity: 8 people  
    • Arrangement: Board room   
    • Audio/Visual: TV screen with HDMI connection. No cameras or microphones.   

Board Room:

    • Dimensions: 28 ft x 19 ft  
    • Capacity: 14 people 
    • Arrangement: Board room 
    • Audio/Visual: TV screen with integrated speakers, microphones, and camera, HDMI connection. White board. 

 

 

Back Porch

Relaxing, screened in porch with large dining table and couches. Fans and heaters.   

Private Room

Couch, chair, and coffee table with white boards.  

Meditation Garden

Relaxing outdoor space with benches, chairs, fountain, rocks, and plants.  

Restrooms

Three, individual, gender-neutral bathrooms are available.

 

Facility Use FAQs

Is there a fee?

There is no fee to reserve space.

Is there parking?

Yes, there are 28 parking spots in the front and left side of our building as well as 1 accessible parking spot.   

What kind of insurance is required?

Please provide a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance provider demonstrating a minimum of $1 million per occurrence/ $2 million aggregate in general liability coverage naming The Healing Trust as an additional named insured on the policy. 

Please let us know if this requirement presents a barrier to holding your event at our space.  

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our office complies with all ADA requirements. There is one accessible spot in the parking lot, a wheelchair accessible ramp to the front door, and two wheelchair accessible bathrooms.   

What is NOT allowed?
  • Firearms or weapons of any kind  
  • Animals, except for trained service animals 
  • Alcohol  
  • Commercial or private events   
  • Events or organizations that do not align with The Healing Trust values.  
  • Events that discriminate based on age, sex, religion/creed, race, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, etc. 
Do you offer catering?

We offer drink service including coffee, hot tea, water, and sparkling water. Your group is welcome to bring food or coordinate catering. All food, drinks, and materials brought into the space must be removed and cleaned before leaving.  

What is your cancellation policy?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your event. We respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice.  

How do I book?
