Founded in 1983, Hope Clinic for Women equips women, men and families facing unplanned pregnancies, women’s healthcare needs, pregnancy loss, and postpartum depression. A faith-based nonprofit, Hope Clinic offers confidential medical care, professional counseling, education, case management, mentorship and practical support regardless of age, race, religion, or ability to pay. The funds requested in the application will support temporary increases in the salaries of the Operations Director, Director of Development, and Executive Assistant. It will also support personal and professional development for the CEO. The CEO will increase her compassion satisfaction score by 8 points and decrease her burnout score by 10 points. Organizationally, Hope Clinic will evaluate staff leadership strengths and weaknesses, and develop a transition and/or succession plan.
