Established in 1999, Mercy Community Healthcare (MCH) is a Christ-centered ministry with the mission of providing excellent primary healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and comprehensive care coordination services to low-income patients regardless of their insurance coverage for care. MCH exists to reflect the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by providing excellent healthcare for ALL and support to their families. The agency’s goals/outcomes for the year include: increasing the percentage of patients screened for colorectal cancer from 16.2% to 20%, increasing the percentage from 48.9% to 52% of patients 12 years of age and older screened for depression using appropriate standardized depression screening tool, and following-up as needed.
