Established in 1977, Tennessee Primary Care Association (TPCA) improves access to primary health care through leadership, advocacy, and support, as the voice of community health centers. Through advocacy, the agency seeks to improve health for Tennesseans by preserving and enhancing funding necessary to support the delivery of quality care to all patients regardless of ability to pay; and ensuring stability of health center funding at the federal and state levels.
