The Next Door is an organization that offers a full continuum of evidence-based substance abuse treatment services and support for adult women struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders related to mental illness, trauma, and/or incarceration. The Next Door’s mission is to serve these women and their families with the best care possible and from a place of Christ-centered compassion in hopes that each woman understands that she is not defined by past decisions and is capable of living a whole and hopeful life. The Next Door, Inc. received its 501(c)(3) status in 2003. The agency’s goals/outcomes for the year include: All programs will maintain 80% occupancy in 2018. -80% of pregnant clients (21 of 26) receiving medication tapers will successfully complete detox level of care without requiring transfer to a higher level of care due to pregnancy complications. Upon treatment completion, 80% of clients (49 of 61) will self-report an increase of at least three new coping skills to manage their addiction.
