Established in 1993, Williamson County CASA (WCCASA) is a volunteer program that advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the juvenile court system. The agency’s vision is that every child finds a safe and permanent home. WCCASA strives to serve every child in need, without a wait for services. The funds requested in the application will support an Advocate Supervisor. 100% (508 of 508) of the children referred to CASA will be appointed a trauma-informed advocate, without a wait for service. 90% (457 of 508) of children will see a reduction in environments where childhood trauma occurs.
