Founded in 1983, Hope Clinic for Women equips women, men and families facing unplanned pregnancies, women’s healthcare needs, pregnancy loss, and postpartum depression. A faith-based nonprofit, Hope Clinic offers confidential medical care, professional counseling, education, case management, mentorship and practical support regardless of age, race, religion, or ability to pay. The agency’s goals/outcomes for the year include: 100 (80% of 125) individuals will report improved emotional health by decreasing their EPDS (postpartum depression), GAD-7 (anxiety) and/or PHQ-9 (depression) scores to 10 points or lower by termination of services. 30 (75% of 40) couples/families will report improved relational health by Increasing KPCS (parenting confidence) and/or CARE (relationship assessment) scores by 5 points or more by termination of services.
