Neighborhood Health is a private non-profit network of primary health care centers serving those who are uninsured and underserved in Nashville and middle Tennessee.  The mission of Neighborhood Health is to improve the health of our community by eliminating barriers to care and serving as a health care home without regard to ability to pay. The agency’s goals/outcomes for the year include: Expand medication assisted treatment from 30 individuals to at least 60 individuals with opioid use disorders. The goal is that 75% will be retained in care. With the opening of the co-located clinic with Nashville CARES and Streetworks, care will be provided to 300 individuals with HIV/AIDS or at risk for HIV/AIDS.  Services will include providing prevention services that can greatly reduce transmission to 50% of those receiving care.
