Safe Haven Family Shelter received funds to support Effective Change Through Creating A Compassionate and Welcoming Culture. The agency’s outcomes include: to improve the culture and staff satisfaction as evidence through improved ProQOL scores and improved XMI staff satisfaction survey results; reduce staff turnover from 40% to no more than 20% in 2020/2021; and staff composition will become more diverse and staff will gain skills in conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and management as needed.
