Welcome to the first issue of The Healing Trust’s Self-Care Digest: a quarterly collection of resources for you to explore at your own pace, intended to help you build and update your own self-care toolkit. Each issue will provide examples of different self-care practices and resources, including local classes and workshops. We’ll also have a reminder to #checkyourselfcare as a prompt to continue your focus on the development and evolution of your plan throughout the year. This issue includes our new Self-Carer Retreat Day Guides and Self-Care Toolkit, developed as supplements to our Healing for the Healer retreats.
