Insight Counseling Centers

Since 1985, Insight Counseling Centers’ mission has been to provide spiritually informed and psychologically sound counseling, restoring lives to wholeness – mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Insight is a source of excellent, professionally licensed psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families in Middle Tennessee. The agency’s goals/outcomes for the year include: 245 of 350 of clients (70%) will show an improvement of at least 5 points on the GAF/GARF scale after 6 sessions. 630 of 700 (90%) clients will state they are satisfied with the care they have received, that they feel their situation has improved in some way due to counseling sessions, and they would recommend our services to others.
