Kymari House provides supervised visitation and family support services. The funds requested in the application will support a portion of the Program Director’s salary for 2017.Supervised visitation is a highly specialized program designed to provide structure and safety to children during visits with their non-custodial parents. The program allows at-risk children to maintain a healthy bond with their parents, even during times of conflict and separation. 90% of referred parents will receive education regarding the importance of healthy, conflict-free parenting time with their children through one-on-one instruction during the intake process. During the grant period, 80% of families (48 of 60) will close successfully as evidenced by 1) all parties satisfy the conditions of the referring court order, or 2) all parties agree to a less restrictive form of visitation.
